Seared Pork Chop With Peaches


Simple is in. All you need to season this pork chop is salt and pepper.  That's it!  Sear away on your Baking Steel for 4-5 minutes, flip and repeat. We Griddled a peach or two to add some sweetness.  

Seared Pork Chop with Peaches


1 ea bone in pork chop t-bone

3 ea peaches, halved, pit removed 

2 oz arugula

salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat Griddle on high for 7-8 minutes. While it is heating up, season your pork chop and let it get closer to room temp.
  2. Drop pork chop on griddle and cook, untouched for 4-5 minutes depending on thickness. 
  3. Flip pork chop over cook for additional 4-5 minutes. Drop peaches, cut side down and sear for a minute or so while you remove the pork and rest it for about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve pork chop and peaches over some nice arugula. Throw a little olive oil and salt if you like too!
