Using her Baking Steel, @Twoofakindcooks, recreated @whatsgabycookin's Thai Chicken Pizza recipe. Beautiful work, chef!

A Ciabatta style bread, 22 hour cold bulk ferment with 81-81% hydration. Baked on the Baking Steel by @Kylevargas

A simple slice of cheese. Every night is pizza night at @andrislagsdin's house.

No knead dough, topped with crushed plum tomatoes, fresh grated parmigiano reggiano, cracked black pepper, fresh kale, sauteed red peppers, a 4 cheese blend & extra virgin olive oil. Thank you to Rami for sharing this beauty!
