@theleftoverchefs are serious about summer squash & their Baking Steel. We are captivated by this squash blossom & Burrata pizza & we couldn't be happier about it. 

Via Instagram, Fresh22168, shared his take on a Caprese pizza with us. Using Modernist Cuisine's dough recipe, Manny topped this Baking Steel pie with fresh mozzarella, sliced garlic, heirloom cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and balsmaic "caviar"

This salt fermented motherdough took a week before it was ready for baking. Made on the Baking Steel, @foreverinflour, demonstrates how Steel can benefit not only pizzas but breads as well.

@jennfriberg has blown us away with her latest Baking Steel flat-bread. Blistered red bell sauce,thinly sliced red potato, chili flakes, caramelized onion,  diced purple bell, raw corn kernels, grilled halloumi, goat cheese and basil, topped with a balsamic glaze. Beautiful.
