Whole Foods Pizza Dough Delivers

pizza on a peel with various ingredients

Next time you craving pizza and you don’t feel like making dough head to Whole Foods market and pick some up. There is an abundance of everything is awesome in the produce department. Inside I grabbed all the main ingredients including the sauce, cheese and dough. The fresh dough comes in 22 ounce bags. So I basically cut the dough in half and let it proof for a couple of hours before the bake. My Baking Steel needed a good hour preheat anyway, so there was plenty of time for a good proof.

Overall, I was super happy with the pizza. It’s still better to make your own dough, but if your short on time and want to make pizza, Wholefoods pizza dough delivers.
