Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is known for going "Beast Mode" on opponents, hating the pesky media and popping Skittles during games. The tie between Skittles and football goes back to Lynch's Pop Warner football days. Before games, his mother, Delisa Lynch, used to give little Marshawn "power pellets." Fans in Seattle now shower the superstar with Skittles after touchdowns and last year Lynch became the candy company's first and only sponsored athlete.

In honor of Lynch's unique game time snack, I created the Marshawn Lynch Super Bowl Skittles Pizza on a Baking Steel...

Ingredients:

No Knead Pizza Dough

Skittles

Colored Jimmies

Pilsbury Creamy Supreme

Procedure

1. Preheat oven with Baking Steel on top rack at 500 F for one hour.

2. Stretch dough into a 12 inch cylinder and place on lubricated peel.

3. Launch pizza onto Baking Steel and bake 7 minutes.

4.Remove pizza and distribute frosting over top.

5. Place your skittles and jimmies on top.

slice and serve
