Yesterday we were invited to Milton, MA. to visit with some good friends and celebrate with pizza, friends and family. As some of our initial Baking Steel Kickstarter investors, my friends delighted in an afternoon of pizza-making, recipe sharing, and lots of TASTING. Below is a picture of everyone's favorite pie from the day - no knead, NY-style dough, san marzano red sauce, baby fontina and arugula, topped with balsamic vinegar and sea salt. Delicious! Of course cooked on 1/4" Baking Steel. What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon bringing pizza, friends together.
