Learn all about pizza making in Boston! Come to our Baking Steel test kitchen located just outside of Boston, Ma, and go home with all the tools you will need to make killer pizza in your home oven.
A few weeks ago we hosted our first ever event in the test kitchen, a Baking Steel demo class. It was a relaxing evening where our guests were able to enjoy pizza, wine, appetizers and dessert. And last night, we hosted our first ever hands-on pizza making class. Both evenings had a great atmosphere and our guests truly seemed to enjoy themselves. We will definitely be doing more of these over the next few months. You can check out the classes tab on our website for booking information, we would love to have you join us for an epic evening of pizza and wine!
Scott Heimendinger, Director of Applied Research at Modernist Cuisine, acted as our special guest during last night's class. I have known Scott for a few years now and when he mentioned he was going to be in Boston for a few days, I offered him a place to stay. Of course, it came with a catch-teach a pizza making class with me! I was first introduced to Scott during the research and development stage of the Baking Steel. It was really neat working with Scott as his food science knowledge is among the elite.
Stay tuned for more pizza making classes. Thanks to all that attended.
